Pete Phillips
Look what I found in my collection of Buick parts: A super rare, new old stock, "blackout" 1942 parking light bezel. It's painted a drab, brownish-olive color, so it dates from January or Feb. of 1942 when chrome plating on new cars was outlawed by the government due to the War. Probably ought to be in a museum, but which one? I'll sell it if someone is restoring a 1942 "blackout" Buick, but doubt if any of those are still around to be restored. Just thought I would share this amazing find. 4
