It is the Packard script B model which has a larger 1 7/8" inlet neck. It's in nice shape. The chrome is very good and the locking mechanism works well. It's been on an indoor shelf for the last few years waiting to be placed on my 1937 Packard Super Eight. Keeping the car, but down-sizing the extra parts collected over the years.
