Guest Posted April 4, 2003 Share Posted April 4, 2003 i went outside to start up the cutty and it wouldnt start, so i jumped it with another car, took off the cables and let it run for a minute. i turned the car off and tried to restart but it wouldnt again. it it the battery? or maybe my alarm? im totally clueless right now? rocketraider Posted April 6, 2003 Share Posted April 6, 2003 If you can jump-start it, I don't think the kill feature on your alarm is causing it. I think you've got a dead or weak battery, and the alarm or stereo memory could be contributing to that.Also take the cables loose from the battery and clean them with a wire brush so you've got good contact.
