Cadillac Nut
This is an NOS front seat cover. It looks to be for a bench front seat but I don't recognize it.
Oldsfan
When you figure this one out let me know, because it eludes me. Part numbers anywhere?
Cadillac Nut
I actually have 3 sets of whatever this is. I found that one has this marking on the back, so I assume it's from 1992. Doesn't match up to any google searches I did though.
Oldsfan
That sure does look like a GM part number or casting number. I will play with that at work. That also looks like a date. May was approaching built-out, so it is possible it could be for '93 instead. Trouble is, I can't think of anything in that time frame that still had a full backrest and a folding center armrest. But it explains the two headrest post holes. Anything I could think of that used a full back/center armrest was older and would have had a single slot instead of the two holes. Starting to wonder if this is for a truck?
Larry Schramm
My guess is that the seat covers are for a front bench seat in a lower contented car. Maybe something like a 1992 Buick Century or a similar vehicle. It does not look like it came from an upper series car. Just my guess.
Oldsfan
This one is for the cheapy cheap cheap 1991 to 1994 Caprice. I've never seen one in the wild. Didn't know they were still in use that late. Optional was a 55/45 notchback split bench which most of them seemed to come with.

Cadillac Nut
Thank you! I would never have figured that out as I never saw that style of seat in a Caprice before. I could not find any other GM car that was using a full bench like that in that time period.
