BIRUDY
This part was included in my 1935 Ford 3 window when I brought it home. The grill, rad, and lower grill panel were inside the rumble seat area, as was this panel. I think it might be a filler panel that mounts under /near the radiator.. Since I had not taken these parts of the car , not sure where this goes. Edited November 19, 2022 by BIRUDY (see edit history)
BIRUDY
from another source found that is a filler/splash panel that fits/joins the frame rails under the radiator.. Ford part# 48-16550
viv w
If you look in front of the radiator you will find 4 holes, 2 on each side that it bolts onto. I can't remember which way is up or front but it becomes pretty self explanitary when trying to fit it. It is a deflector plate to send air thru the radiator.
