MST-6400

I am new here and I am looking to rent, borrow or whatever a MST-6400 to test a 1990 TC DOHC abs. Someone R&R'd the engine and the owner said the light has been on ever since. I have spent some time doing the obvious but not getting anywhere and wasting time. Since I am new I cannot message anyone I guess. Anybody able to point me in a direction that may help me?????
