Transport needed, small mill from OH or CT to FL

I am looking to buy a small bench top milling machine in either Ohio or Connecticut and need it transported to Florida, near Orlando.  I will buy whichever one I can get transported. Anytime is fine.  Roughly 24X24X24 and 250 lbs.

That looks like an interesting small horizontal mill, but I'll bet it weighs closer to 400 lbs.  I see lots of cast iron there.  What brand/model is it?

 

My old Rong Fu 1 hp mill-drill of similar size weighs over 450 lbs.

 

Rong Fu RF-25 mill-drill.  Jet JMD-15 is similar but costs $2,675 new.
