49 Chrysler Windsor 250CI Flathead 6 Cylinder with Fluid Drive Transmission. Original equipment Includes Power Top, Radio, Heater, Windshield Washer, Dual trumpet horns, Clock, Wide white walls tires, Exhaust deflector. This rarely seen convertible is one of only 3,234 built and carried a hefty price of 2,598. It is a very stylish presentation with high quality, Deep Burgundy pain and lots of chrome highlights set off by the deluxe cream colored cloth and maroon leatherette trimmed interior. It was also the first year for factory padded dash for safety. It also features a tan stayfast canvas top with colored keyed maroon edge welting and zippered rear window. It cruises comfortably down the highway with its 126 inch wheelbase for a smooth ride. It has never had any major rust or collision damage and consequently never been body off restored, so the undercarriage is still original with expected surface rust for 73 year old car. Showing just 42,195 miles with enough originality to make it believable.
