WTB - 1955 Super 56R Drivers Door Upper Hinge "Core"

The title says it all. My hinge functions just fine but is missing the stamped cover plate. It is essentially a sideways "U" shape with three holes for the hinge screws. It is originally tack welded to the hinge. I'd be drilling / removing the spot welds, patching it up, and then just bolting it on. So if someone has an otherwise junk hinge to sell me for reasonable money I'd appreciate hearing from you.

 

Additionally if someone has the correct Phillips head screw (passenger side shown) I'm interested in it as well. I believe it's 1/4-20 thread, about 1/2" long with a star washer.
