WTB 31 Buick Sr. 60 Radiator Parts

For my 31 Model 67 restoration I need two radiator parts.  First I need the shutter actuator mechanism and it’s Sylphon thermostat.  I have none of this mechanism but I do have a perfectly capable shutter panel.

 

Next, I need the bottom radiator inlet nozzle which strangely bolts onto the radiator.  See the pics.  Also, if anybody has a picture of this, it would help if I end up having to make it.

Thought I’d bring this back to the top.  Just wonder what other makes and models might have these parts?  BTW, I’ve done some cleaning and leak repair on the radiator. It flowed surprisingly well.
