32 67 Coil

Hi smillard,

Nice car!

In addition to ignition, have you checked the status of the plugs, is the Marvel carb properly setup, is the exhaust rich or lean, have you rebuilt the distributor including advance weights, have you tested your coil?

I upgraded my coil to a mainstream unit, but you can buy a black replica from Bobs Automobilia online.

We can help get things sorted, but it might be good to first catch up with where you are in the process, and what has been done for maintenance and other checks.

Encouragement - thanks to the help from others on this forum, I have finally got my 32-67 sorted regarding engine performance, and its a blast to drive, and it is a very impressive and powerful engine for its age and vintage.  I am currently fixing an oil leak in the generator, but this is minor, and I hope to be back on the road soon.  Check out my postings for more info.

Best,

Mario
