djncarpediem
Does anyone recognize this carburetor? The markings I can find are 4-37, 1455, patent, and a possible logo. Thanks
1912Staver
It's a Miller. Same company as the famous racing cars and engines but generally paired with Miller's overhead valve head intended to get more power out of Ford Model A trucks. They are quite desirable with collectors and can fetch a pretty good price from what I have seen on Ebad. Yours is a somewhat different version than most I have seen. Usually they have a float bowl cover that has the Miller logo on it and the top , main casting goes straight up rather than having the 90 degree bend. Yours is posibly intended for Dodge or Hudson ? None the less I am sure it would get strong interest from the right person. Anything connected with Miller seems to be in strong demand. Here is one of the more common ones.
