D Binger
Clark,
An origional shop manual would be great, but you might find a Dykes Automobile Encyclopedia very good for most of the information you need.
Dan
Guest
Clark:
I have two excellent reprinted shop manuals for my 1927 Buick. I suspect they would also have manuals for your 1918. One manual came from Dale Cummings Jr, 450 Maple Ave, Blairesville, PA 15717 and the other from Crank'en Hope Publications, also of Blairesville, phone 415 459 8853. I think these are the same company, and I don't know if the companies still exist.
Good luck!
Fred Rawling
How about if I copy my photo copy of a 1922 shop manuel. I think that it is the earliest one available. It costs me 4 cents per page which is probably around $1.00 to $2.00 plus postage. Let me now if you are ingterested and I will count the pages. What model do you have. I also have a photo copy of the 1918 4 cyl illustrated parts book.
e-mail me as I do not read this every day.
