This Beautiful Example of Buick's classic 1940's design, the Roadmaster was the height of Luxury. I truly love this car, she's My Baby, but I have to let her go, (to a good home. )
All the original stuff is there, and if it's mechanical it's working: window cranks, locking glove box, windshield wiper, speedometer and heater. The clock and radio are in original condition but neither of them works. Was going to have it outfitted with a stereo, & USB port behind -under the dash and get the clock repaired, but you'll have to do that now.
Even the numerical font on the Speedometer & Clock are Sexy. From what we can tell, it looks like original interior fabric and carpeting in light gray. The door panels have chrome treads, the doors have wing windows for air conditioning.
The transmission is a three on the tree. This car was made before seat belts were mandatory, so the front seat is without, but the humongous back seat? Is equipped with a safety system. It's a rope, mounted on the back of the front seat. Grab hold and hang on! The tires are in decent shape, the chrome hubcaps are in great shape. The paint on the hood and the trunk isn't shiny- but the rest of the paint is. I don't know if it just needs a clear coat or what?
We haven't driven it in a while, but it does cruise down the road like the Classic Car she is. ❤️The hood opens from either side with cool lever releases, and I think the motor is called a straight eight? No engine problems that I know of. The battery needs to be charged before starting it, but that shouldn't be a deal breaker. Trunk interior could use some attention.
If you are serious about finding a classic 40's car? This girl is for you.

Serious inquiries only. Text only- will post more pictures as needed. Make me a reasonable offer! No lowballing - this is a rare find!

Good-looking car.

As attached as the seller claims to be to the car, the seller doesn't seem to know much about it. Safety rope?

Non-running at present, and seller states the motor has "no problems that I know of". Not exactly a ringing endorsement.

As sharp a design as it is, the seller needs to clean it up, get it running, and come up with a more aggressive price reduction to get any action.
