Guest Posted January 6, 2003 Share Posted January 6, 2003 Arnie Halversen of Minnesota is a crook. Several years ago I paid him in person $450 cash down payment toward a Model A he claimed he had. After getting no response by correspondence and phone calls, I filed a small claims suit in Minnesota and the court found in my favor. After paying the sheriff's office a collection fee, I still got nothing and have no recourse. He also lied to the sheriff's office claiming he had paid me. He advertises cars and parts in Old Cars Weekly. They also refused to quit accepting his ads. I hope this protects others from getting ripped off.
