Can anyone confirm if this is a Reo and if so what date and model etc.?

I asked a Reo Member familiar with Reo's here is his response.

 

 

 

Sorry, but I cannot help.  

1.  The photo is blurry

2.  About all one can see that COULD be Reo, the rest undoubtably being a custom built bus, is the hood louvres and headlights.

3.  The headlights would seem to indicate pre 1927, or at the very latest 1927, a period I am not very familiar with.
