mobileparts Posted August 30, 2020 Share Posted August 30, 2020 Skylark4367, They came BOTH ways -- threaded and press fit -- and MUST be replaced with what they are!!! If the control arms are threaded, you would destroy the threads by attempting to slam home a press fit ball joint, for example. Usually (but not always) the threaded have a big hex nut at the bottom of the ball joint to thread them in.... I have both the threaded and press fit, at this moment in time, in N.O.S.
