Buick35 Posted August 23, 2020 Share Posted August 23, 2020 (edited) It goes on the top of the windshield behind the sun visors.I'm not sure if you're have one or two. 34 40 series only have one on the drivers side.They are attached by a small but around the shaft on the outside and are independent of each other.Mine aren't working either. I know they make electric ones but I've only seen them for 36 and up and 12 volts. Good luck,Greg.
