JRA
Thanks. The picture is the first and original store of a later large supermarket chain in Brazil. So the express body makes sense. What year would it be?
dustycrusty
Ford came out with that painted steel radiator shell and the Model "TT" trucks in 1917, so it dates from after that. Model Ts and TTs got a slightly taller radiator in 1924 (some "TT"s got it in late 1923), but I think* yours is a shorter version, so iif it is, it would have been built before late 1923. So lets call it a a truck built somewhere between 1917 and 1923. Of course, those commercial Model Ts had a rough life and stayed in service a LONG time (some up into the 1950s) and there were plenty of T parts laying around to be used. Many, if not most Fords of this era became an assemblage of semi-related parts in short order, so it COULD be a 1926 truck with a 1920 radiator that was swapped in to replace a damaged one in 1937! I guess you could possibly date the photograph from the style of clothes to get an approximate date, but I'm no fashionista!
