42" Rear Fender ID

I'm selling a pair of large rear fenders probably from a truck or other commercial vehicle in the Part for Sale forum.  Don't know what they cameos of so maybe someone here can identify them. They measure 42" in diameter and 11" wide.  There is a small tail in the rear.  They have holes in front for running board attachment and holes in rear for bracket attachment.  They also have a mounting flange on the inside.  They are a heavy steel.  No rolled edges.
