1937 Buick Special model 41

Here is my first project my father bought this car in 1982 for $500 and it has sat in a garage since then . I would like to keep the straight 8 248ci in it so any guidance on restoring will be greatly appreciated 

And I will be posting more questions along the way

The best advice I can give you is to read Gary Wheeler's restoration discussion right here on the forum located at:

. His discussion is basically a guide to every step of the restoration of a similar 1937 Buick. I would also suggest that you might want to consider joining the 36-38 Buick Club.
