When I turn the car off the doors will not unlock and I cannot get out of the vehicle. Has anyone had this issue before? And what did they do to fix it? DAVES89 Posted October 14, 2019 Share Posted October 14, 2019 Let's start with the simple things first. Do you have the car in "Park"? The locks should trip when that happens. Then do the locks lock/unlock when you press the button on the door? Is there anything else not working like courtesy lights, dome light, etc?
