The car was purchased last year from the original owner and has been in California all its life. Odometer shows 63,000 miles but it wasn't working when I got the car. I was wondering if I could get some feedback on vehicle value based on the following info:Within last 12 months a frame on restoration including 100 hours of body and paint work. The car was built to be a fun, reliable driver and it needs nothing to be enjoyed. Appraised value for insurance was $17k two months ago.
