This is a nice quality light and bracket , both marked Dietz , New York. 

Has one ding size of a thumb nail , needs massage. Looks magnified in photo

Chrome is nice on both pieces, see photos , click to enlarge

Needs a bulb, so you can make it 6 or 12 volt. Not a sealed beam.
