How to get your post noticed - enough already!

Yes, people post in the wrong places and say dumb things, but the red bar that now appears at the top of the screen is even more annoying.  Most of us have read it, now it's time to make it go away.  You can't fix stupid.  Can we please delete this notice?

When you are constantly reminded to "fix stupid" you'd understand why i put it there.

But... for the time being i've removed it. Cant guarantee it wont return.
