I think the car is a 1928 Buick Master 7 passenger - maybe? Photo date looks like WW2 era - or later. Is that something circa 1949 in the background? nzcarnerd Posted October 15, 2018 Author Share Posted October 15, 2018 I realise no that the headlight buckets are the wrong shape for 1928 Buick. The Packard photo you supplied has the wrong length rear side windows - I think it is the longer wheelbase 633. Having a look at some photos I see now that the mystery car is a 1929 Packard 626 - the slightly shorter model. I can't find a photo of a sedan on wires. Most are on discs.
