Coincidentally, here's a similar translation guide that was published in the September-October 1969 issue of Antique Automobile.  (I stumbled upon it while skimming the magazine for other research I'm doing.)  Credit goes to Tiny Gould, member of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Region, who submitted it to the magazine and to the fantastic staff of librarians (Chris, Matt, and Mike) at our Library & Research Center who scanned all the past issues of the magazine to make them more readily available to all of us.
