Ketch89Reatta
I've occasionally caught my 89 Reatta oil pressure gage displaying numbers in the 200-230 pound range. My God! That's a lot of pressure. If the engine blows I'll probly take half the city with me.

padgett
Look back about a year ago for a discussion of this. Bottom line is that GM issued a TSB around 1990 on the stock oil pressure sensor being faulty and to replace with a new improved one. If yours is all silver and has a neck between the wrench flats and the body, it is original. The new one has a black plastic body and no neck and snaps off instantly if your wrench slips.Fershluginner login does not return to post any longer and have had to reset my profile for the third time. Hoe this is over soon. At least font is good now. How about putting a "post now" button on top of the edit screen ?
