Well people this has taken much longer than originally anticipated, almost 5 years in fact.

 

The bottom image is not a true representation of the item, my thinking is the lack of light is making the right hand side look distorted, take another look at image 1 which shows the contour better. There is a video that shows how to fit these to the brackets after your final painting has been completed and before they are fitted to the car frame.

How would I Order / Purchase a pair of these trunk-rack bracket grommets for my 1933 Plymouth Coupe?

I've been a long time hoping someone would reproduce these. Thanks for your efforts. Any info would help.

Hello Peter, yes they are available. 

1. Send £175 GBP to paypal poc.uk.org@gmail.com 

2. Make sure you add your full name and address details.

3. The price includes international postal charges. 

4. The fitting instructions are in the video at https://ctrestorations.com/reproduction-hood-ornaments/ , it may help to pause the video on the first few plates and screen shot and print.

5. I have not tried to remove the grommets once fitted, therefore I do not recommend it.
