Early DB car speedo with "sweep needle" info needed for a friend

 I would like to help out a dear elder friend with a surprise gift of a speedo he would really like to have for one of his many early Dodges that run from later teens to around 23, but has others to 24-26.  ,,,including his Fathers first new car a 23 sedan in mint restored condition !...

 

He asked me to never put up a "intanet" pictures of any of them, (as he pronounces it) ,,   and he does not have internet capabilities.  As It will be a surprise, I cannot ask him for specific details.  It is, I think, a white face?  and is a two name word brand? and has a clock type needle, not the spinning drum.

 

Can you tell me what it is and how to find one at a fair hobbyist pricing?  He said a friend with a PC told him that  they are way too expensive on ebay for my friends budget.  I am fully capable of any repairs it would need, I think.
