Ron of Chicago
I'm considering buying a 1971 Cutlass SX convertible. It appears to be in very good condition. They claim that there were only a few hundred made. Does anyone no how many were made? Thanks for the help, Ron
rocketraider
I cannot lay my hands on my reference material right now (time to go digging thru the piles in the den floor!) but there weren't many. There were only 1500 or so total SX, coupe and convertible, built in 1971.
Saw three SX in Charlotte swap meet car corral yesterday plus one in the Olds car show area.
[ 04-07-2002: Message edited by: rocketraider ]
Ron of Chicago
Hey Rockettraider, thanks for the reply. Would you have any idea what the car is worth. It's in excellant condition. The block numbers match the vin and the top is new and works good. Paint and interior is also excellant. Just looking for a ballpark. Thanks, Ron
