detroitsoul
After finding a cracked manifold, the whole engine has to be torn down. Some of the valves are out now and we are making progress. My ultimate goal is to get my grandfather's '38 Zephyr going again. I hope someday I will be able to fully restore this beautiful vehicle. For the time being, I am limited to working once every fifteen days. I am no mechanic but I am lucky to have one willing to work on this extended project with me. It has been a year now and while work has not progressed as fast as I would like to at times we have made progress nonetheless. Onward...
