1964 Dodge Town Wagon

Looking at possibly purchasing a 1964 Town Wagon 2WD and had a few questions first.

 

1.) Are the rubbers reproduced ?

2.) How do I breakdown the vin #  ? I want to be able to verify if the slant 6 is original.

3.) Where can the build card be found ? I need to be able to verify paint code.

4.) Were RV/West Coast mirrors an option and if so, how do I tell if the ones on it are original ?

5.) Are the hubcaps reproduced or would I need to hunt for them ?
