Nasblu
NEED INFORMATION: My friends restoration shop just got a 1957 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible in for a complete restoration. The car is a very solid and for the most part complete car. This is very big undertaking that is going to be done to the highest standards. Thus need help in the following areas: 1.) Where can one find information on restoration details such as colors, plating materials, markings, finishes. assembly line details. 2.) Is there a place that deals with NOS and very nice original vintage Cadillac Parts. 3.) Anyone out there who is knowledgeable in 1957 Cadillac that have pictures of restored and very original cars as a reference. 4.) Any good websites out there to be used for reference. Thanks. On the aforementioned forum look for, ask about obtaining, an "authenticity manual" for the car.
