Is this a Hupmobile?

We do know  that  Hupp  exported  cars. The  front  bumper is  not  a stock  Hupmobile. That  may have  been changed. Hupp  added fender  marker  light  to some of the  export cars. I  question the  shape of the radiator shell. I am  not  a  computer wiz so I  can hot  change the  size  large  enough to  check  the  shape  close  enough. The  crank  hole  surround also  looks  questionable.  The  rest of  the  car looks    Hupmobile.
