JZRIV Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 I want to find out for certain if the 68-70 front inner fender aprons have the tongue that is supposed to tuck under the A-arm shaft? I know 66-67 do but not sure sure about 68-70 so if you have original aprons on your car please check and let me know. This info will help get correct reproductions made. 68RIVGS Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 I have a set of original '68s that are off the car Jason, but they are in 'deep freeze' storage and not accessible at this time.I'm pretty certain they did have a tab, or flap, that tucks under the A-arm shaft. JZRIV Posted January 21, 2016 Author Share Posted January 21, 2016 (edited) Randy, I got a report from someone who owns an original 68 & 69 and he said the aprons on his do not have the tongue that tucks under the shaft. So now I'll wait and hopefully hear from other owners.
