gofasttoday Posted November 16, 2015 Share Posted November 16, 2015 Could someone give me the lenth of the transmission dipstick tube and the dipstick..mine is in a 1954 ford and I don't think something is right .I had to bend the end of the stick to get it to go all the way in.Thanks in advance. Tedd Thompson Posted November 21, 2015 Share Posted November 21, 2015 (edited) On my slant pan 55 model it reads 21 5/8, could be 1/16 shorter depending on where in the dipstick cup you place the tape measure.
