Here is the first photo of the 1954 Buick Landau Diecast Model

 

Note the wire wheels instead of the Landau hubcaps.

I learned today that the Landau was at one time under the ownership of Joseph Bortz.

That was news to me.

The photo below is from the Bortz web site taken when the Landau was part of his collection.

Note the hub caps.
