1931 Plymouth Sedan, 5 passenger

I've acquired a restorable 1931 Plymouth, but need the weight to title it. Anyone have any suggestions to help me find the answer? <BR>(besides tow it to a freight station)

A 1931 Plymouth may have been a model 30-U or a model PA depending on when it was built. Your serial number should be on the front passenger door post, at least for the PA and I believe also for the 30-U. If it is not on the door post it will be on a medalian on the dash. That will tell you what model car it is.<P>The weight will depend on body style.<P>You can look at my <a href="http://www.ply33.com/Models/30-U/index.html">30-U page</a> and/or my <a href="http://www.ply33.com/Models/PA/index.html">PA page</a> to get the serial numbers and weights by body style.<p>[ 11-28-2001: Message edited by: ply33 ]
