Searching for springs

Model 56R

Recommended Posts

I had a friend who owned a spring manufacturing company back in the 1980's and found out prototype springs aren't really hard to make. You should be able to duplicate that one with stainless wire.

Get a rod the diameter of the inside of the spring eye and use it as an arbor after forming the first "tail", wind your two coils, then form the center connector, wind the second, make the tail, and clip it off.
