Guest Mrcribbs
Hello. Posting for my grandfather. He has a 38 touring sedan with manual trans with overdrive. We just repaired the trans and need to find oil for it. The book he has states 140w in winter and 160w in summer both non ep. We're looking for 160w but cannot find a suitable replacement. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Rusty_OToole
Your local name brand oil dealer or auto parts store may be able to get it, if they don't have it in stock. If that fails there are specialists who make the correct lubricants for old cars. Penrite is one.
