tigersdad
Does anyone know what year these old Buick hubcaps are from? Three are brass and one is a light weight aluminum. The one without the Buick sign, I was told, was a replacement that could be purchased at an aftermarket auto parts store back in the day. Got these at a swap meet yesterday for $20 and the unusual one for free. Just adding to the theme on the Buick side of the garage. Leif Holmberg
The "BUICK" is 1922 and few years earlier ,the 3 Buick caps are from 1923 to 1928 and the single ones is 1929 I think but not an original Buick hubcap.Leif in Sweden.
tigersdad
Thanks, Leif. I figured they were probably the 1920's, but wasn't quite sure. I appreciate your input.Jay Kingston1932 Buick Victoria Travelers Coupe

unimogjohn
The hubcap without the Buick logo is from a 1923 McLaughlin Buick. I do not know if McLaughlin used this style in other years.
tigersdad
Thanks, Sandy! I'll download some pictures tomorrow and post them. John, thanks for clearing up the mystery surrounding the "odd" cap out. It makes sense since the old guy knew it went to a Buick, but just thought it as after-market.Jay
