First Gen Interior Rear Deck Question

Hi,

I want to make sure the rear deck interior (near the window) is correct. I have seen some rivs with several chrome screws directly below window, and some without. Does anyone know what was 'factory' for this? A picture would help a lot.

They're called oval head Phillips trim screws with washers.

I'm not endorsing the link I'm posting, I just couldn't get a picture of a single screw to copy and paste.

The yellow drawers at your local hardware store or contact Glenn at Mr. G's USA. He has a complete interior screw kit for the 1st generation Rivieras available.

Hi again,

I'm ready to purchase the screws for this project, but I'm not sure whether they are #8 or #10. I assume they probably are about an inch long. Any ideas?

Search the archives. I think that when I sent all of the screws from a virgin parts car t Mr. G (Glenn) I posted a picture of the chart that came with the kit. It should list what size and type of screw go in each location.
