allcars
Have two running board moldings that appear Buick—'39 or '40? (see images). They are 70 inches long. Front and back ends are slightly different...one end has a slightly shorter and more pronounced curvature. Because they are identical, I don't think they are a pair, rather they may be two for the same side of whatever year/model they were used on?Thanks for looking. Guest Grant Magrath
They look 39ish to me, but I don't have the car here. Nor do I have any close-ups.This is the best I have.CheersGrant
Guest BJE
The running board molding (I only have the right molding, the left is missing) on my '39 Buick Special Coupe is 70 inches long and has the same two indentations. The indented grove which is close to the edge is on the top side. The ends look pretty much the same to me but one end is kind of dinged up so it's hard to tell. The front end of the molding curves inward to conform to the shape of the running board. Are you looking to sell these? I need a set.
Glassesguy
1939. You appear to have a pair. I agree with BJE on placement.
