Guest wlarryt
Here is a list of the PA plates for sale:1916 #143001917 #1731341918 #1947411919 #341258(No Keystone Badges)1924 #I36-6221925 #R77-4371926 #57-6291930 #B88651931 #647251932 #220881933 #10L121934 #I4H21935 #25J561936 #ZG9971937 #9P0241938 #6GE731939 #AL5191940 #GK4841941 #LH5471942 #607D8 (WITH 43 TAB)1944 #CC4391945 #AV5621946 #743J41947 #46VO (MINOR BENDS)These are all that floated to the surface so far. I have photos of all plates listed. My used digital SLR is more complicated than the tanks I worked on in Nam, but I will reduce the size of the pictures to a managable size.It appears the size of the jpg is not the problem, even at 2,6 meg, they would not upload. If you see any plate you would like to see, email me for individual front and back close up. wwlarry7 at aol.com
vicpanza
Hi...what are you asking for the 1937 PA plate, and what is the condition? Do you know if they issued a specific plate for a pickup truck, or would a car plate be the same? TerryB
I had a 37 Dodge 1/2 ton truck at one time so I can help you here. Yes, there is a separate PA truck tag for 1937. I had a set of them for my truck. The truck tags have a letter at the start of the number sequence to show the load rating for the truck. R is 1/2 ton, S is 3/4 ton and so forth. Most 1937 PA tags with good original paint is hard to find. The type of paint used by PA did not hold up well over time. I had a beautiful set of tags that sold with the truck, something I now regret doing! Good luck on your search.Terry
