Interior color code question 63 riv

My Identification plates shows my trim as 716J2. I'm trying to figure out which carpet from Clarks Corvair is the proper color. The choices they have are:

MZ "80-20" Light/Medium Blue

JJ Medium Blue

JM Dark Blue

JD Dark Blue *

BM "80-20" Dark Blue

Q Cut Pile Dark Blue

Does anyone know which of these match the 716 blue interior? Thanks for the help.

If you have any of the original left, ask Clarks for an example of each one you want to look at then match it. They're very good at this. I'd think that to narrow it down, you'd want to stick to the 80/20 loop colors. You might also "Google" 1963 Riviera Blue vinyl under the images link and see what pops up.

When shopping for the correct carpeting for a saddle interior I did a year ago I found Clark`s did not have the correct color. I did find the correct color at ACC which supplies a huge volume of carpeting to the resto industry. When I mentioned this to Clark`s I was told they no longer used ACC as a supplier. If you do not find the correct color at Clark`s I am very confident you will find it at ACC.
