DaveAspi
Looking to get my 23-4-39 running again. Does anyone in the forum know of a GOOD pre-war mechanic in the San Diego area? Thanks, Dave
Mark Shaw
Dave, I know of no prewar mechanics in your area, but maybe those on this forum can help. What is the issue?
DaveAspi
No real issue, just don't want to screw it up. Had the engine unstuck and manually turning about 5 years ago- let it sit too long and it's stuck again. Electrical all seems in good shape. Electric starter turns freely when turned on- but of course, can't turn the engine due to it being stuck. Crank nut is broken and a replacement is on it's way. Just want it done right at this time. Would really like to take it somewhere local if possible. There are antique restoration places around here, but would like a BCA recommendation.
