I know most of you have probably seen the SA III at one point or another, but I thought I'd post these jik.. RivNut Posted May 26, 2012 Share Posted May 26, 2012 (edited) A few years back, before some of the financial woes, GM used to bring a truckload of their special interest cars to each ROA meeting. In '06 they brought the SAIII to Flagstaff, AZ.Here's a picture of yours truly sitting at the wheel of SAIII.The last year that I remember GM bringing cars out was in '08 at Galena. In '05 at Eureka Springs, AR we had SAI, and a few of the other special cars. The Buick Blackhawk, the last 99, the last Grand National, a prototype last gereration convertible, the original '83 XX Riviera convertbile Indy Pace car, and a last generatioin Riviera powered by a NorthStar engine. I have not seen it in a while, last I saw it was before I owned a Riviera, I have a new appreciation for it now!Very cool pic Ed, you're a lucky man!!
