TonyAus Posted April 3, 2012 Share Posted April 3, 2012 The water pump/distributor assembly is driven from the front of the engine by a gear meshing with the camshaft gear. Simply unbolt the cover over that gear (four bolts) and the water pump (two bolts) and remove the whole assembly. The drive gear is pressed onto the water pump shaft. Remove the bolts from the water pump cover and you will find that the impellor is pinned to the shaft. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
