George Albright
Hi everyone: I own this unrestored 1917ish Kelsey body, made as an aftermarket body for Ford Model Ts,by the Kelsey Wheel Co. of Deterot. They were made for Ford from the mid teens to the mid 1920s. They merged with Hayes Wheel Co. of Detroit around 1923 and became present day Kelsey Hayes Wheel Co. The photo of the red car is a fully restored Model T with also a Kelsey body on it. I am missing my windshield assembly and need you guys help finding one. You can see from the red car and the Kelesy brochure what one looks like. My 2 holes for the windshield posts are 3/4 of an inch wide. From the center of one hole across the cowl to the center of the other hole is 29 3/4 inches across. Leads appreciated! George Albright,Ocala,Fla.
